2 cups of diced leftover pork 1 cup of canned bean sprouts 1 cup of chopped green pepper 1/2 cup of sliced water chestnuts 3 dried mushrooms, soaked and sliced 2 cups of leftover pork gravy or canned 1/2 cup of Chinese noodles, from can |

Mix all ingredients except noodles in a 2 quart casserole. Top with noodles. Bake in 375ºF. oven until bubbling, 20 - 25 minutes. Serves 4 - 6
