Leftover Cooked Rice - Berry Rice Layer Dessert

300 g Cooked white rice
350 g Ripe berries; prepared
4 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of Berry conserve
1 ounce zest; shredded, juice squeezed
450 g Creme fraiche; (or fromage
Extra fruits or mint to decorate


Whizz the rice, half of the berries, and all of the sugar along with the fruit conserve briefly in a food processor to a rosy puree. Layer this in 4 serving glass dishes or bowls.
