2 cups of cubed cooked chicken 2 cups of cooked rice 1 cup of cooked peas 1/2 cup of chopped celery 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of sour cream freshly ground black pepper a dash of cayenne 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese |

Mix all ingredients except cheese thoroughly. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in 400ºF. oven until cheese is lightly browned, 20 - 25 minutes. Serves 4 - 6
