Zucchini & Tomatoes au Gratin #2
2 zucchini, about 1 pound each 3 ripe tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of basil 1 cup of grated cheese |

Wash, dry and slice the zucchini. Place the slices in a greased ovenproof dish. Cut the tomatoes in half and put them in the middle. Season with salt, pepper and basil and sprinkle on the cheese. Bake in a 400ºF. oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4
