Rutabaga casserole

1 medium rutabaga, cut up
12-15 Saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 stick margarine
1/3 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of cream or canned milk undiluted
1 egg

Cook rutabaga until tender; drain and mash. It can be cooked in pressure cooker for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Put in a buttered baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes in a 325-350ºF.
