| | Sweet Basil Peas
1 pound of green peas 1/3 cup of water 1 small onion, finely diced 1 teaspoon of sweet basil 1 clove of garlic, split in half 1/2 envelope of Sweet 'N Low salt and pepper, to taste
Place the onion in water and simmer, covered, for a few minutes. Add the peas and all the other ingredients and continue to cook, covered, until the peas are tender. Serves 4. |
