Sweet Potato Deluxe

Sweet Potato Deluxe

3 cups of yams, grated fine'
1 cup of nuts
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/4 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg
1 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of whiskey
2 tablespoons of flour

Beat the eggs. Mix the flour and sugar. Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Pour in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for 2 hours covered.
