| Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Mild tasting dip served warm or chilled
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained 10 ounces of spinach, thawed if using frozen box 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese 2 cups of mayonnaise 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese |
| Pre heat oven to 350ºF. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Place in covered baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Serve warm or chill in refrigerator first. |
