| Savory Spinach
1/2 cup of commercial sour cream
1 package of blue cheese salad dressing mix
1 package (10 ounces) of frozen chopped spinach, thawed |

Heat oven to 375ºF. combine the sour cream and salad dressing mix, fold into spinach. Pour mixture into a deep 3 cup casserole. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until bubbling hot. Makes 4 servings
