Crisp Spinach Salad

1 pound of fresh spinach, broken in small pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 sliced scallions, tops and all
4 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of vinegar

Toss together and garnish with hard boiled eggs.
