| Rutabaga Salad
1/4 cup of pared & grated rutabaga 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1/2 package of Sweet & Low 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar 1/8 teaspoon of salt Dash of white pepper 1/2 cup of lettuce leaves Parsley sprig 1 cherry tomato, cut in half |
| In bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves, parsley and tomato. Line a salad place with lettuce leaves, top with rutabaga mixture. Garnish with parsley and tomato halves. Serving = 1 cup salad. |
