Quick & Easy Lyonnaise Potatoes(microwave)

Keeping oil at a minimum is the secret to the crisp texture of these potatoes

2 medium potatoes, peeled, rinsed and patted dry
garlic salt
garlic powder
paprika
1/3 cup of dehydrated onion flakes
2 tablespoons of oil
parsley flakes

Slice potatoes thinly and evenly. Pat dry with paper towels. Arrange half of slices in dish just large enough to accommodate all potatoes being used. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt, garlic powder and paprika. Top with half of dehydrated onion. Repeat layering. Pour oil over top. Cover and cook on HIGH until potatoes are fork tender, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. 2 servings
