| Swiss Potato Pie
3 cups of prepared instant mashed potatoes 4 ounces of shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 cup of Hellmans's mayonnaise or your favorite brand 1/4 cup of minced onion, fresh 1 egg, slightly beaten
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed. Spoon into a 9 inch buttered pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400ºF. or until puffed and golden brown. Servings: 3
