Herb Potatoes
2 quarts of potatoes boiled for 10 minutes & drained 1/2 stick of melted butter (or 4 tbs olive oil) 1/4 teaspoon of sweet basil 1/4 black pepper 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder 1/4 teaspoon of oregano 1/8 teaspoon of ground rosemary |

Coat potatoes in melted butter or oil sprinkle spices on potatoes stir till all coated. Pour into casserole and heat at 350ºF. until potatoes start turning color. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on to taste return to oven and heat till cheese start to turn color. |
