Genoa Potato Salad

3/4 pound of sliced hard salami, cut into strips
4 cups of chopped cooked potatoes
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
one 10 ounce package of frozen peas, cooked and drained
1/2 cup of sliced celery
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
Crisp lettuce leaves, celery leaves

Combine the salami, potatoes, eggs, peas, celery, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise, toss lightly. Chill. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on serving plate. Pile potato salad in center. Garnish with celery leaves. Makes 6 servings
