| | Marinated Canned Vegetables
1 small can of cut-up string beans, drained 1 small can of peas and carrots, drained 1 medium onion, sliced into thin rings 2 stalks of celery, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 2 teaspoons of lemon juice salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all vegetables together and season with spices; toss. Drizzle lemon juice over all and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Serves 4. |
