Wild Leek Potato Soup

2 cups of  leeks, diced
2 cups of  potatoes, diced
1 cup of  celery, diced
1/2 cup of  green pepper, diced
1/2 pint of  heavy cream
2 cups of  milk
2 cups of  water
1/2 cup of  white wine
3/4 cup of  soy (tamari)

Put it all in a pot, except wine. Cook on low simmer for 1 hour (stir when passing). Add wine. Cook low overnight or until you give in. Serves 6.
