Ham & Leek Quiche

1/2 cup of  ham
4 cups of  leek
1 cup of  sour cream
3 eggs
1 cup of  cream
Salt and pepper

Wash leek and cut lengthwise, then chop. Cut ham in bite size pieces. Make pie crust and fill with ham and leek mixture. Mix sour cream, eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over ham and leek mixture. Cook for about 1 hour, until firm, at 350ºF.
