Fried Rice


 

Fried Rice

1 cup of raw rice
2 plus cups of water
1/2 package of frozen peas
1/2 package of carrots, chopped fine
3 onions, chopped fine
mushrooms, optional
3 hard boiled eggs
1 cup of cooked ham, pork, or shrimp

Cook the  rice with water. Cook the peas according to directions on package. Fry the cut pork(of ham or shrimp) and take out of pan. Fry the onions and take out, fry carrots and remove from pan. Fry the rice with salt and pepper and add to rice the  other ingredients. Reserve 1 egg for garnish. Serve with soy sauce. Serves 6.
