| | Fresh Mushrooms and Peas
1/2 pound of fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced 1 package of frozen peas, thawed 1/2 to 1 envelope of MBT Chicken Broth 1/4 cup of water Pimiento, diced Salt and pepper, to taste
Place broth, mushrooms, and water in a skillet and cook, uncovered, for several minutes. Add peas and seasonings and cook, uncovered, for several minutes longer, until liquid is gone. Garnish with pimiento. Serves 4. |
