Deviled Tomatoes

4 large tomatoes, halved
salt, 1 tablespoon of prepare mustard
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of diced celery
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of butter, melted

Place the tomatoes, cut side up in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle on salt to taste. Spread cut side of tomato with mustard. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon this mix over the mustard. Bake in 425ºF. oven 8 - 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings
