| Creamy Cucumber Mold
One 3 ounce package of lime Jell-O
1 cup of boiling water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of cucumber, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of pimento, chopped
1 tablespoon of minced onion |

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in salt. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; stir into gelatin. Chill to egg white consistency. Fold in cucumber, pimento and onion. Chill. |
