Cucumber Dip

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. cucumber, grated
2 tbsp. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Peel and grate cucumber (not seeds). Drain liquid. Combine with remaining ingredients. Process in blender until smooth. Chill and serve with favorite chips or vegetables. Makes 1 3/4 cups. 

Cucumber Dip

1 lg. cucumber, peeled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Salt
Pepper

Grate cucumber and drain; salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice and grated onion. This is excellent with vegetables or chips. 

Cucumber Dip

1 c. coarsely chopped green onion
4 med. cloves garlic
2 c. unpeeled, seeded and diced cucumber
1/2 c. light, reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Finely chop green onion and garlic in a blender or food processor; add cucumber and repeat. Place chopped vegetables to a bowl; stir in other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend. NOTE: This dip is excellent with chilled salmon that has been poached or grilled. Serves 11; 4 tablespoons per serving. 

Cucumber Dip

1 c. Miracle Whip
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 med. onion, chopped finely
2 cucumbers, peeled & finely chopped

Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator several hours.
