| Cucumber Snacks
Two 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
6 to 8 cucumbers
Mayonnaise, as required on mix
Dill Weed, to taste
4 (12") loaves party rye bread
Blend cream cheese and salad dressing mix with enough mayonnaise to make easy to spread. Chill. Clean and slice cucumbers; cover with ice water. Spread cheese mix on bread, top with well drained cucumbers. Sprinkle with dill weed. |
