Shrimp Cucumber Spread

1/4 c. Miracle Whip Free Nonfat Dressing
2 oz. Light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/4 c. chopped cooked shrimp or flaked canned tuna
3 tbsp. seeded chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. green onion slices
1 tbsp. chili sauce

Mix together ingredients until well blended; refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 1 cup. Prep time: 10 minutes plus refrigerating. 

Shrimp Cucumber Spread

3 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash of garlic powder
4 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained & chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. catsup

In mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, catsup, mustard and garlic powder. Stir in shrimp, cucumber and onion. Spread mixture over melba toast or crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups of spread.
