Cucumber Sandwiches  8 ounces of cream cheese 1 package of Good Season Italian dressing 1/3 cup of mayonnaise 2 loaves party rye bread Dill weed Cucumbers (about 2) Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on bread. Top with slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with dill weed.  Cucumber Sandwiches 1 cucumber, peeled and grated 1 small onion, grated Salt and pepper to taste one 8 ounce package of  cream cheese 2 to 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise Tabasco sauce to taste Worcestershire sauce to taste Peel and grate cucumber and onion. Combine cucumber and onion with salt and pepper; set aside to drain. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add mayonnaise and fold in well drained cucumber and onion into cream cheese. Add Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Spread on white or dark bread.  Cucumber Sandwiches 1 pkg. cocktail bread 1 pkg. dry ranch salad dressing mix 2 cucumbers, sliced 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Dill seed Mix cream cheese and dressing mix and add milk as needed. Spread this mixture on slices of cocktail bread. Place a slice of cucumber over this. Sprinkle with a few dill seeds.  Cucumber Sandwiches 2 cucumbers, peeled, sliced thin Soak cucumbers in vinegar (enough to cover) overnight. Drain cucumbers well before using. 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. Good Seasons Blue Cheese mix 1 tsp. lemon juice Garlic salt to taste Mix all ingredients well. Spread on trimmed slices of bread. Top with slice of cucumber.
