1 cup of uncooked macaroni 3/4 cup of mayonnaise or salad 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken 1 cup of chopped cucumber
Many macaroni shapes are now available. Choose from spiral, bow-tie, elbow. Ring or shell macaroni. Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Toss with macaroni, chicken and cucumber Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. 4 servings. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska.
