| Corn with Mushrooms One 10 ounce package of frozen whole kernel corn 1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1 tablespoon of snipped parsley |

Cook and drain the corn. In a skillet, cook and stir the mushrooms in hot butter over medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in corn and parsley. Makes 4 servings |
