3 eggs 1 tablespoon of grated onion 1/4 cup of finely chopped green pepper 1 pimento, chopped fine 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of melted butter 2 cups of cream style canned corn 2 cups of scalded milk paprika
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat eggs 1/2 minute and add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into casserole, sprinkle with paprika, set in pan of warm water. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until set. Serve from casserole. 5 servings |
