Sausage Corn Balls

2 cups of sausage
2 cups of  whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1 cup of  flour
1 teaspoon of  baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of  paprika
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying

Mix flour with baking powder and paprika. Separate eggs and beat yolks. Mix with sausage and corn, then mix well with flour. Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste, depending on how hot your sausage is. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the other ingredients. Drop spoonful of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain well before serving. Use any leftover meat in place of sausage, but grind and season it well.
