The Mother Superiors Cabbage Salad

3 cups of Cabbage, finely grated
1 Onion, small, minced
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 Apples, red, unpeeled, grated
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of  Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of Sour cream, thick 

Instructions
