Cabbage & Rice Casserole

8 ounces of ground turkey breast 2 cups of shredded cabbage 1/2 cup of chopped onion 2/3 cup of rice, uncooked 28 ounces of canned tomatoes, with liquid 2 teaspoons of mustard 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon of Lemon pepper |

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brown meat and onions in white wine, adding more if it begins to stick. Spray 8x8" baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Layer cabbage on the bottom of the dish. Cover that with browned meat mix and rice. In a small bowl, combine chopped tomatoes with juice, mustard, brown sugar and lemon pepper. Pour tomato mixture over rice. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
