| Bulgur Pilaf
2 cups of bulgur 1 quart of boiling water 1/4 pound of butter 1/2 pound of mushrooms 1/2 pound of green peas 1 cup of strong chicken stock 1 large onion, chopped, and sautéed in a little butter |

Place bulgur in boiling water with butter and cover. Let set until double. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cover. Bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour. |
