Brussels Sprouts & Grapes
1 1/2 pounds of fresh Brussels sprouts, cut in half 1 1/2 cups of beer 2 teaspoons of clarified butter 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground white pepper 1 cup of seedless white grapes Snipped parsley
Simmer Brussels sprouts in beer in covered saucepan until tender, about 8 minutes, drain. Drizzle butter over sprouts, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add grapes, heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley. 4 to 8 servings |
