| Irene's Broccoli Casserole
2 cups of cooked broccoli
1/2 cp of thick white sauce
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of onion juice
3 eggs, well beaten
a dash of salt
a dash of pepper |

Combine all ingredients and pour into well greased 1 quart casserole. Set in pan of hot water and bake in 350ºF. oven for about 45 minutes.
White Sauce:
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of milk
