| Broccoli Zucchini Salad 3/4 pound of broccoli florets-cooked 3/4 pound of zucchini-raw, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices 1/3 cup of fat-free honey Dijon dressing 1 red bell pepper-raw, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch strips
Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 3 minutes or until bright green. Transfer broccoli to a bowl. Stir in the zucchini and bell pepper and toss. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. |
