| Orange Glazed Beets 1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
4 pounds of cooked beets, peeled and cut into wedges
1 tablespoon of grated orange peel In a large skillet over medium heat, bring orange juice, sugar and butter to a boil. Add beets, cook, stirring frequently about 15 minutes or until the beets are well glazed. Stir in the grated orange peel. Makes 6 servings |
