6 ounces of marinated artichoke hearts 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of diced pimento (optional) 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup of sour cream 1 teaspoon of garlic powder |

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients and place in crock pot. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crackers. |
