Chipped Beef & Artichokes

1 - 2 tablespoons of butter
1 - 2 tablespoons of flour
1 pint of sour cream
1/2 pound of chipped beef, shredded
1 package of frozen artichokes, cooked

Make a white sauce of butter, flour and sour cream in a double broiler. Add beef and artichokes. Serve over toast points with Parmesan cheese. 4 servings
