| Artichoke Dip 3
14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, packed in water 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated |

Drain artichoke hearts and chop fairly fine. Mix together the mayonnaise and parmesan, fold in the chopped artichokes. Place in a small ovenproof dish and bake at 350ºF. about 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot with plain tortilla chips or crackers. |
