| Three Cranberry Relish
1 pound of cranberries one 12 fluid ounce can of frozen cranberry juice concentrate 1 1/2 cup of sweetened dried cranberries 1/4 cup of orange juice 2/3 cup of white sugar 1 tablespoon of orange zest
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan and cook over medium heat until cranberries pop. Serve warm or cold. As the relish sets, it thickens up. |
