| Herb Stuffing
3 quarts of slightly dry bread crumbs 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground sage 1 1/2 teaspoons of thyme 1 1/2 teaspoons of rosemary 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1/3 cup of chopped parsley 1/3 cup of finely chopped onion 1/2 cup of butter or margarine, melted 1 cup of canned chicken broth * |

Combine the bread, seasonings, parsley, onion and butter. Add broth and toss lightly to mix. Makes 8 cups or enough stuffing for a 10 pound turkey. * Or, you can use 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in cup of hot water
