| Ham Salad Sandwich Filling
1 1/2 cups of ham, ground & cooked
2 hard cooked eggs, ground
1/2 stalk celery, ground
1 large carrot, ground
1/4 cup of ground sweet pickle
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of salad dressing |

Combine the ground ingredients and mix well. Stir salt & sugar into salad, add to meat mixture and mix well. Use as desired for sandwiches. 10 -12 servings
