French Meat Roll

1 small can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate
1 loaf of French Bread
1 cup of grated cheese


Combine all ingredients except bread and cheese, mix well. Split French bread and place on foil. Shape meat mixture into loaves, place on top of bread,. Cover meat with cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. 8 servings
