Spinach Salad Basic-Recipes.com9/1/06 1 pound of mushrooms
6 hard boiled eggs
1 package of raw spinach
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
oil and vinegar
salad dressing
imitation bacon bits |

In a large bowl clean spinach, remove hard stems and break into bite size pieces. Add sliced mushrooms, bacon bits to taste and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add required amount of salad dressing and last add diced eggs.
