Philadelphia Cream Cheese Salad

1 large package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 pint of whipping cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 medium can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup or more of nuts
Sliced cherries for coloring

Place bowl and beaters into freezer section before whipping the cream. Mix cheese and mayonnaise together, then add pineapple, nuts and cherries. Fold into whipping cream. Return to refrigerator until firm, then slice and place on lettuce leaf. (A square or oblong pan is advised.) 

Philadelphia Cream Cheese Salad 2

1 box lemon Jell-O
1 cup of crushed pineapple
1/2 pint of  whipped cream
1 cup of diced celery
1 cup of pecans
1 cake Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Drain juice and heat. Mix Jell-O with it, add rest of ingredients and fold in whipped cream. Chill. 

Philadelphia Cream Cheese Salad 3

2 packages of lime Jell-O or 1 lime and 1 red
1 cup of milk
16 large marshmallows
1/2 pint of whipping cream
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 large package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup of chopped nuts

Put milk, 1 package Jell-O, marshmallows, and Philadelphia cream cheese in top of double boiler and stir until dissolved. When mixture is cool, whip the cream. Add pineapple, juice, mayonnaise, nuts and cooled mixture to the whipping cream and fold together. Put in 9x13 inch dish and set in refrigerator. After this is firm, 2 to 3 hours. Dissolve 1 package lime or other flavor Jell-O in 1 cup hot water. When cool, put over firm mixture and place in refrigerator to set.
