Pistachio Pudding Salad
1 bag mini colored marshmallows 1 box Jell-O pistachio pudding mix 1 small can of crushed pineapple 1 small can of mandarin oranges 1 tub Cool Whip
In a large bowl mix together the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and the packet of pudding. Do not drain the pineapple, or the mandarin oranges. Then add the Cool Whip and 1/2 of the full bag of marshmallows. Chill for a couple of hours. |

Pistachio Pudding Salad
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip One 3 3/4 ounce pistachio instant pudding One 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple 1/2 cup of chopped nuts 1 cup of miniature marshmallows
Mix Cool Whip and pudding mix together until blended. Drain off some pineapple juice and fold in Cool Whip mixture along with marshmallows and nuts. Spread into pan and chill. Pistachio Pudding Salad
1 package of instant pistachio pudding 1 large can of crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or cashews (optional) 1 cup or more of miniature marshmallows 8 ounce container of Cool Whip
Disregard directions on pudding package. Mix undrained pineapple with dry pudding mix. Add marshmallows, nuts and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pistachio Pudding Salad
One 3 1/2 ounce package of instant pistachio pudding 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped One 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, undrained 1 cup of miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup of coconut One 9 ounce tub of non-dairy topping, thawed
Dissolve pudding mix in crushed pineapple. Stir well. Add marshmallows, nuts, and coconut. Stir in topping. Chill until set. |
