Alaska Duck Salad

2 cups of cubed cooked duck meat
1 1/2 cups of cubed peeled apples
1 1/2 cups of canned or fresh orange sections
1/2 cup of finely diced celery
1/4 cup of French dressing
Lettuce
 

The duck meat and apples should be cut into 1/2 inch cubes and the orange sections cut in halves, so that the fruit and meat are about the same size. Combine the meat, fruit, and celery, and toss with French dressing. Chill. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce. Makes 6 servings
