Avocado Dressing

2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of heavy cream

BLend together all ingredients except cream. Fold cream in finished dressing. Chill and serve the same day.
