| Mocha Parfaits 1/4 cup of chilled whipping cream or 1/2 cup of frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 teaspoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of powdered instant coffee 1/2 can of an 18 ounce size chocolate pudding ( 1 cup) In a chilled bowl, beat the whipping cream, sugar, and instant coffee until stiff. If using whipped topping, omit sugar and mix in instant coffee. Alternate layers of pudding and whipped cream in parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Chill. Garnish with chocolate shot or chocolate curls. Makes 2 servings |
